1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CallAlly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CallAlly provides an AI-powered call answering and dispatch service for emergency plumbing and service contractors. Our service includes call answering, lead qualification, emergency dispatch, and lead capture via SMS.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Founding member rate: $239/month (locked for the lifetime of your subscription)
  • One-time setup fee: $299
  • Billing is monthly, charged on the same date each month
  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • No refunds for partial months

4. Free Trial

New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be deactivated.

5. Service Level Agreement

CallAlly commits to:

  • 99.9% uptime for call answering services
  • Response time under 3 seconds for incoming calls
  • Lead delivery via SMS within 30 seconds of call completion

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain valid contact information for dispatch
  • Respond to dispatched emergencies in a timely manner
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

CallAlly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
